Wael Kaki is a strategic transformation advisor with more than 15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs across Saudi Arabia's government and private sectors. He specializes in translating strategy into execution by designing governance models, operating frameworks, and high-performing project delivery organizations.

With extensive leadership experience in strategy formulation, PMO design, Target Operating Models, organizational transformation, and performance management, Wael has successfully delivered large-scale initiatives for ministries, government entities, financial institutions, and national organizations. His ability to align executive stakeholders, establish execution governance, and accelerate institutional performance has made him a trusted advisor on mission-critical transformation programs.

Wael holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and multiple internationally recognized professional certifications, including PgMP®, PMP®, CCMP®, PMI-RMP®, P3O®, and CIP®.
